In this episode of The Office, employees prepare for the annual Dundies ceremony, an office tradition filled with awkward awards, questionable jokes and lots of laughs. Michael, the overly enthusiastic host, is determined to make this year's event a success, despite his questionable comedic skills and tendency to go too far. As they head to Chili's for the ceremony, the group argues about the new “enhanced” categories and reflects on memorable moments from Dundies past.
