As Katniss films propaganda videos to inspire the districts, she witnesses firsthand the devastation caused by President Snow’s forces, strengthening her resolve to fight. Meanwhile, Peeta is brainwashed and used against the rebellion, increasing Katniss’s anguish. Despite setbacks, including Peeta’s condition and rising tensions within District 13, Katniss remains determined to liberate Panem and save those she loves, setting the stage for the final battle against tyranny.
