How to install premium voices
Your listening experience in the Lingard app will be much better if you use an enhanced voice. By following these simple steps, you can easily set up an enhanced voice today.
This instruction applies to iPhone and iPad only.
1. Open the Settings app and navigate to Accessibility.
2. Then navigate to Spoken Content.
3. Then navigate to Voices.
4. Tap the language that matches the language of the resource you want to read in the Lingard app.
If you have resources in other languages, you will have to download enhanced voices for those languages, as well.
5. Many voices have enhanced or premium versions. If a voice has a download icon to the right, tap that icon to download the voice.
Due to Apple's current restrictions against 3rd parties using "Siri" voices in their apps, the "Siri" voices will not be available in the Lingard app.
