WHAT WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use Lingard, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and sign-in data, such as user ID, email address, display name, profile photo, authentication provider, and anonymous account identifiers created to operate the app before or without full registration.

We use third-party service providers to help us operate Lingard, including for authentication, cloud storage and synchronization, app hosting, subscription validation, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, attribution, language or AI features, and media delivery. We do not need every category of data for every feature. If you do not grant a permission or choose not to use a feature, the related processing may not occur or the feature may not be available.

If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by the relevant app store or platform operator. We receive the store-side information reasonably necessary to validate purchases, restore access, process subscription lifecycle events, and provide the correct entitlement level inside Lingard.

RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account continuity, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and store obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the way you use Lingard.

YOUR CHOICES

You may have the ability to access, update, or delete parts of your information from within the app or by contacting us. You can also manage permissions such as notifications, camera, microphone, speech recognition, and photo access through your device settings. Subscription management, cancellation, and many refund requests must be handled through the relevant app store or platform account.
