The story begins with “The Professor” meticulously planning a heist at Spain’s National Mint and Stamp Factory, recruiting eight skilled criminals with city-based code names. As they infiltrate the Factory and take hostages, tensions rise between the robbers and their captives, especially when some hostages like Arturo attempt to escape, causing chaos. Inside, Berlin leads the team while Tokyo narrates the unfolding drama and personal conflicts. Outside, Inspector Raquel Murillo negotiates, unaware that her new acquaintance “Salva” is The Professor, leading to a tense personal and professional conflict. As the police discover the robbers’ identities, public pressure mounts, causing more internal discord among the robbers. The Professor’s psychological tactics keep the police at bay, but Raquel’s discovery of his identity leads to a dramatic showdown. The season ends on a cliffhanger with an intense shootout during the police’s final assault on the Factory, leaving the fate of the heist uncertain.
