Inside, Berlin leads the team while Tokyo narrates the unfolding drama and personal conflicts. Outside, Detective Raquel Murillo negotiates, unaware that her new friend "Salva" is The Professor, leading to a tense personal and professional conflict. As the police discover the robbers' identities, public pressure increases, causing further internal discord among the robbers. The Professor's psychological tactics keep the police at bay, but Raquel's discovery of his identity leads to a dramatic showdown. The season ends on a cliffhanger with an intense shootout during the police's final assault on the Mint, leaving the fate of the heist uncertain.
