C1 betekent dat je bijna alles kunt lezen en alleen voor zeldzame woorden een woordenboek pakt. In het Engels gaat het dan om lastigere phrasal verbs, tijdsverschuivingen in de indirecte rede en ironie die je alleen oppikt als je de context kent.
